Preparation Instructions
Heating Instructions: Our delicate pies are made with love, heat them gently. Party Pies must be cooked thoroughly before consumption. Core temperature should be greater than 75 °C. 1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (170°C fan forced). 2. Remove party pies from packaging and place on baking tray, leaving space between party pies for heat to circulate. 3. For frozen party pies, heat in oven for 25-30 minutes. 4. For chilled party pies, heat in oven for 15-20 minutes. Pastry should be golden and crisp. Heating times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance. We want you to enjoy your Boscastle Party Pies with golden, flaky pastry, therefore we don't recommend microwaving.
